Concord (NH) Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends

6.1 The meeting opened with a period of silent worship.
6.2 Fifth Month Minutes: The minutes of the 14th day, Fifth Month, 2013 were approved with corrections.
6.3 Nominating Committee: We approved this additions to the committees and officers: Jonie LaBombard as Recording Clerk; Greg Heath on Hospitality Committee; David Woolpert switching from Concord Interfaith Council to AFSC-NH Support Committee. Friends will check to see if the Articles of Agreement list the Recorder as an officer of the meeting. It was suggested that the Recorder be listed in another heading along with the Bookkeeper and Web Clerk.
6.4 Finance Committee: The bookkeeper noted that $1,200 in contributions has been received so the net income for the year will be nearly $2,800. Ministry and Counsel asked to increase their budget from $200 to $300. The Youth Religious Education Committee has actually requested $375 not $350. We decided to create a “Prior Years' Funds” line to our Income with $1,800. This allowed us to increase the 2013-14 budget’s Replacement Reserve to $5,000 yet keep our expected income from contributions next year close to this year’s actual contributions. With these changes we approved the budget (attached).
6.5 The meeting closed with worship.
